Estimating Services Inc. was formed in 2006 to provide innovative construction estimating for the Municipal water and wastewater industry. The company is comprised of key team members with proven experience in industry specific estimating and construction.

Our goal is to work in partnership with Owners and Consulting Engineers to provide them with construction cost estimates and general constructability reviews for the total project.

How will ESI help the fiscal management of my project?

Estimating Services Inc. will provide project specific construction cost estimates based on information provided by the Consulting Engineer and up to date knowledge of current conditions in the construction market.

Establishing a cost baseline during the planning and design phase of your project provides a prediction of costs on the basis of available data. Different levels of information are available during the conception phase, the design phase and at pre-tender. ESI can work in parallel with the design team and provide current cost predictions throughout the design process.
